Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Operations Manager to anchor the logistics engine of GWX Logistics Limited. In a specialized supply chain landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the fleet-relay and the precision of the routing-filter success is defined by "Logistics Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume courier, haulage, and cargo operations with the clinical precision required for Resource Optimization, Delivery Timeline Compliance, and Regulatory Fidelity. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" a leader who can blend "Execution Grit" (managing dispatch and field staff) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Data-Driven Performance Management.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Logistics Governance

• Sovereignty of the Fleet: Oversee end-to-end operations across courier, haulage, and cargo, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."

• Infrastructural Architecture: Implement and enforce rigorous standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routing and resource utilization, providing the "Structural Foundation" for efficiency.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Conduct" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic
