We are seeking a strategically elite and operationally rigorous Hospital Manager to anchor the clinical immune system and resource-allocation engine of DAAMC. In a high-stakes healthcare landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of patient outcomes and the precision of the regulatory-compliance filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex multi-departmental workflows with the clinical precision required for Fiscal-Health Optimization, Electronic Health Record (EHR) Integrity, and Quality-of-Care Stewardship. This role is designed as an "Operational Command Center" a critical residency for a seasoned healthcare executive who can blend "Managerial Grit" (mastering the complexities of hospital budgets and staff development) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Clinical Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Operational Governance & Clinical Sovereignty
Sovereignty of the Facility: Lead and coordinate hospital operations across all departments, acting as the primary "Source of Clinical Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field. An MHA/MBA is a strong competitive advantage.
Experience: 5–7+ years of progressive healthcare management experience; experience in a top-level senior management role is preferred.
Technical Power: Deep understanding of healthcare regulations (national/state) and high proficiency in EHR systems.
Aptitude: Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills; strong financial acumen.
