Job Description:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, facility management, customer service, and administrative teams.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

 

Business Development:

  • Support the MD in identifying new business opportunities and partnership leads.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive positioning.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business growth strategies.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive client acquisition.

 

Team Coordination:

  • Supervise departmental activities and ensure the timely delivery of tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to achieve business goals.
  • Track team performance and provide support where needed.

 

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, agents, vendors, and partners.
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support property onboarding, inspections, documentation, and client follow-ups.

 

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare regular operational reports for the Managing Director.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of operations.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communication for the MD where required.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 4-5 years of experience.

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
