Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other online platforms.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Promote company products and services online.
• Follow up with customers professionally.
• Manage online orders and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain proper communication records and updates.
• Support social media engagement and daily online activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other online platforms effectively.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.
• Must be smart, organized, and responsive.
• Previous experience in customer service or online management is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
