Job Description:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines such as tablet compression machines, capsule filling machines, mixers, granulators, coating machines, packaging lines, conveyors, and other mechanical production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out corrective repairs on gear systems, bearings, shafts, chains, belts, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for production machinery to reduce breakdowns and downtime.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical utilities, HVAC systems, and production equipment.
• Familiarity with GMP, validation protocols, and maintenance management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical manuals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or regulated manufacturing environment.
