Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Office Manager to oversee our operations in Lekki Phase 1. As the anchor of our workspace, you will be responsible for creating an environment where efficiency and culture thrive. You will lead our administrative team, streamline daily workflows, manage facilities, and act as the central point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train administrative staff (receptionists, assistants, clerical personnel), conducting performance evaluations to drive team effectiveness.
Operational Optimization: Design and implement robust office workflows, systems, and protocols to maximize productivity and ensure organizational standards are met.
Facility & Asset Management: Oversee building maintenance, office equipment procurement, and technology support to ensure a seamless work environment.
Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate complex executive calendars, travel, meetings, and corporate events.
Financial & Budgetary Control: Manage office budgets, process invoices, track expenditures, and provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Security & Safety: Maintain site security (access control, surveillance) and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and emergency response regulations.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely correspondence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
Experience: Proven leadership experience in office management or administrative operations.
