Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Benin City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly while providing excellent clerical support and customer service. You will also take an active role in sales and stock management, making this an ideal position for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys a mix of administrative and frontline operational tasks.
Requirements:
Administrative Support: Provide professional secretarial and clerical support to our clients and team members.
Sales & Inventory: Manage product sales and keep accurate, up-to-date records of stock levels.
Office Management: Oversee daily office activities, including answering phone calls, maintaining office cleanliness, and running necessary errands to keep operations moving efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: SSCE, OND, or NCE.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Technical Proficiency: Must be computer literate with strong skills in operating a computer.
Personal Attributes:
Gender: Female.
Age: 28–35 years.
Location: Must reside in Benin City.
Advantage: Living near 3rd Junction off Mmway is a significant plus.
Flexibility: We are also hiring for branches outside of Warri; if you are interested in relocation, please indicate. Accommodation is provided by the company.
