Job Description:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing appointments
- Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary
- Receive and distribute mails, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks
- Support staff and management with administrative tasks as assigned.
