Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Office Assistant & Administration professional to anchor the operational engine of our Lekki office. In a dynamic environment that bridges medical reception, project coordination, and executive support, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize diverse administrative streams with the clinical precision required for Calendar Management, Bookkeeping Accuracy, and Client Fulfillment. This role is designed for a "Coordination Architect" who can blend "Tactical Grit" (handling clerical duties and out-of-office tasks) with the "Agility" required to act as the primary interface for our Directors and medical patients.
Requirements:
1. Coordination Orchestration & Executive Governance
Executive Sovereignty: Act as a personal assistant to the Directors with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Calendar and Travel Integrity."
Project Architecture: Organize and maintain project files while tracking critical deadlines, providing the "Structural Foundation" for successful project completion.
Event Stewardship: Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue booking and refreshments, ensuring the "Source of Professional Engagement" is seamless.
2. Fiscal Resilience & Clerical Logic
Bookkeeping Sovereignty: Utilize Excel for invoicing and expense tracking with clinical focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Documentation."
Clerical Architecture: Perform high-fidelity data entry, filing, and scanning, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for organized office records.
Order Stewardship: Accurately input customer orders into the system to ensure timely processing, maintaining the "Source of Fulfillment Velocity."
3. Reception Integrity & Client Power
Front-Office Sovereignty: Serve as the first point of contact in a medical office setting, acting as the primary "Source of Patient Experience."
Support Architecture: Handle administrative and out-of-office tasks for clients, providing the "Visual Foundation" for exceptional customer service.
Confidentiality Logic: Manage sensitive information and patient data with professional poise, utilizing your Administrative expertise to maximize the "Source of Institutional Trust."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Technical Mastery: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office hardware (photocopiers, scanners).
Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
