Job Description:
We are seeking an intellectually elite and proactive NYSC Corps Member (Federal University, 2:1 GPA minimum) to anchor the operational and administrative engine of our organization. In a high-velocity business landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the task-relay and the precision of the documentation-filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex daily office tasks with the clinical precision required for Project-Support, Record-Keeping, and Cross-Functional Collaboration. This role is designed as a "Corporate Launchpad" an intensive residency for a high-potential graduate who can blend "Administrative Grit" (mastering workflow management) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Office Operations.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Workflow Governance
Sovereignty of the Office: Provide seamless administrative and operational support, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."
Workflow Architecture: Assist with daily office tasks and cross-functional coordination, providing the "Structural Foundation" for team productivity.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain organized documentation and filing systems, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Clarity" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Project Logic
Support Sovereignty: Assist team members on assigned projects, acting as the primary "Source of Project Momentum."
Logistical Architecture: Manage office-level administrative inquiries and coordination, providing the "Functional Foundation" for smooth day-to-day operations.
Documentation Stewardship: Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry, maintaining the "Source of Project Truth."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Adaptability Sovereignty: Demonstrate initiative and rapid learning in a fast-paced environment, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Agility."
Process Architecture: Utilize Microsoft Office Toolkits to streamline reporting and communication, providing the "Relational Foundation" for efficient workflow.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Academic-Level Analytical Skills to accelerate the "Support-to-Solution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Status: Must be a Serving NYSC Corps Member.
Education: Federal University graduate; minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
Location: Must be based in Lagos (Proximity to Ikeja is a high-value advantage).
Technical Power: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Aptitude: Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced business environment.
