We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively elite Multimedia / Graphic Designer to anchor the visual engine of our Abuja operations. In the specialized landscape of Fintech where user trust is built through the clarity of the interface success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex financial data with the clinical precision required for Motion Graphics, Iconography, and UI/UX-aligned Design. This role is designed for a "Creative Architect" with 2+ years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering After Effects and Premiere Pro) with the "Narrative Agility" required to translate abstract fintech concepts into engaging visual stories.
Requirements:
1. Identity Orchestration & Brand Governance
Identity Sovereignty: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual DNA across all digital and physical channels, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Consistency."
Asset Architecture: Develop high-quality illustrations, icons, and branding materials, providing the "Structural Foundation" for all marketing and product communications.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure every design meets elite standards of typography and layout, ensuring the "Source of Visual Professionalism" is uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Narrative Logic
Narrative Sovereignty: Translate complex fintech processes into simple, engaging visual narratives, acting as the primary "Source of User Education."
Multimedia Architecture: Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics for web and mobile, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-conversion social media campaigns.
Collaboration Stewardship: Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to support launches, maintaining the "Source of Creative Synergy."
3. Operational Integrity & Technical Power
Project Sovereignty: Manage multiple high-stakes creative projects simultaneously, acting as the primary "Source of Deadline Adherence."
UX Architecture: Apply UI/UX principles to digital assets to enhance user interaction, providing the "Relational Foundation" for product usability.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Figma expertise to optimize multimedia for different platforms in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Creative Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience, ideally within the Tech or Fintech sectors.
Software Mastery: Elite proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated mix of Static, Motion, and Branding work.
