Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and vigilant Motor-Bike Patrol Supervisor to lead our mobile security operations across Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing patrol teams, responding to security incidents, and ensuring the protection of our clients' assets. This is an active, field-based role that requires a combination of leadership, sharp situational awareness, and advanced motorcycle riding skills.
Requirements:
Patrol Supervision: Direct and coordinate the daily activities of mobile patrol units, ensuring all routes are covered effectively and security protocols are strictly followed.
Incident Response: Act as the first responder for security breaches or emergencies within your designated sector.
Team Leadership: Supervise patrol officers, ensuring they maintain high professional standards, correct uniform etiquette, and alertness during their shifts.
Area Intelligence: Utilize your deep knowledge of Lagos routes to optimize patrol efficiency and provide rapid responses to changing traffic or security conditions.
Reporting: Document all patrol findings, incidents, and daily activities, ensuring management is kept informed of any security threats or operational issues.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all motorcycles assigned to the patrol team are well-maintained, serviced, and safe for daily operation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of OND/NCE.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the Security Industry (minimum of 4 years required).
Technical Skill: Proficiency in riding a motorcycle is a non-negotiable requirement.
Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of Lagos geography, including shortcuts and alternative routes, is a significant advantage.
Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in Industrial or Private Security sectors.
