We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks for programmes.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct research and evaluations to assess programme impact.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Train and support staff on M&E tools and processes.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• 5–7 years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, research, or data analysis.
• Experience with data collection, programme evaluation, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
