We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Identify and secure new pharmaceutical business opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships across pharmaceutical and healthcare value chains
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and white space opportunities
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures
- Collaborate cross-functionally (finance, product, logistics, etc.) to deliver solutions
- Represent OmniRetail at industry events, conferences, and client forums
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
- Strong negotiation, communication, and market strategy skills
- Proven track record in client acquisition, contract management, and relationship building
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, distribution networks, and supply chain.
Salary
