Job Description:
Clinical Detailing & Demand Generation: Drive demand for PPL ethical products by providing expert detailing on indications, dosing, and administration methods during clinical meetings and institutional visits.
KOL & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), decision-makers, and healthcare professionals to influence hospital formularies.
Market Expansion & Onboarding: Identify and onboard new health institutions and distribution opportunities to expand PPL’s market footprint.
Impactful Presentations: Lead scientific presentations at pharmaceutical clubs, mini-conferences, and health forums to position PPL as a market leader.
Institutional Visibility: Ensure 100% product availability and shelf visibility in all assigned hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Market Intelligence: Track and report on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product availability to the Product Manager and Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
Sales Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Team to ensure seamless invoicing and product movement, effectively handling cost-related objections and customer inquiries.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain a rigorous client database, including detailed profiling of institutions and key medical staff.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills for market segmentation and targeting.
Exceptional communication and public speaking abilities.
Resilience in handling objections and navigating institutional bureaucracies.
High level of professional integrity and scientific accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
Professional Status: Must be a licensed Pharmacist with a valid practicing license.
Postgraduate Advantage: Relevant postgraduate degrees or professional certifications (e.g., MBA or NIM) will be a distinct advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of cognate experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing (ethical products).
Core Skills: Proven track record in Product Demand Generation and Product Demand Activation.
