Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy Media & Network Marketing Expert to spearhead our growth across Nigeria. This role is a hybrid of high-level digital strategy and boots-on-the-ground networking. You will be responsible for building our online community, managing a multi-channel social media presence, and physically engaging with high-traffic venues (hotels, lounges, pharmacies, and hospitals) to drive direct sales and build a robust multilevel marketing (MLM) network. If you are a results-driven professional with a knack for digital storytelling and a talent for recruiting and training sales partners, we want to help you scale your career and income.

Requirements:

• Digital Strategy & Presence: Build and oversee our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Create engaging content that drives brand awareness and conversion.

• Networking & Offline Sales: Physically visit hospitals, pharmacies, hotels, clubs, and event centers to promote our products and onboard new partners (pharmacists, managers, and independent canvassers).

• Team Building & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor your own sales team. Conduct seminars and webinars to educate partners on business opportunities and product value.

• MLM Growth: Drive consistent sales through multilevel marketing structures, managing your downlines to ensure sustainable growth and target achievement.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions) and provide regular insights to refine our marketing and networking strategies.

• Reputation Management: Act as the voice of the brand, ensuring timely and professional engagement with customer feedback, comments, and reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc. or equivalent, plus an NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in media or network marketing sales.

• Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
