Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Mechanical Sales Engineer to anchor the technical engine of our sales operations. In the specialized industrial landscape, success is defined by "Mechanical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex engineering principles with the clinical precision required for Technical Advising, Tailored Solution Design, and Industrial Market Penetration. This role is designed for a "Solution Architect" with 2+ years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (analyzing mechanical requirements and supply chain quality) with the "Commercial Agility" required to present high-impact proposals to prospective clients.
Requirements:
1. Technical Orchestration & Growth Leadership
Inquiry Sovereignty: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Growth."
Proposal Architecture: Develop and present high-fidelity technical proposals to prospective clients, providing the "Structural Foundation" for commercial success.
Solution Stewardship: Offer tailored technical advice based on customer requirements, ensuring the "Source of Engineering Value" is realized.
2. Market Resilience & Collaborative Logic
Intelligence Sovereignty: Conduct rigorous market research to understand industrial trends, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Foresight."
Supply Chain Architecture: Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery, providing the "Source of Operational Reliability."
Sales Synergy: Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop innovative customer solutions, maintaining the "Source of Technical Alignment."
3. Relationship Integrity & Reporting Power
Client Sovereignty: Build and maintain elite relationships with industrial partners, acting as the primary "Source of Continuous Business."
Support Architecture: Provide comprehensive after-sales reports to address customer concerns, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for issue resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, technical sales, or a similar field.
Technical Mastery: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex industrial requirements.
