Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate the end-to-end logistics for product delivery, ensuring that technical goods reach our clients safely and on schedule.
Administrative & Sales Support: Serve as a technical liaison for the sales team by managing customer databases, providing delivery updates, and assisting with administrative documentation.
Inventory & Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming mechanical orders to verify quality, quantity, and technical compliance, acting as the first line of defense against sub-standard materials.
Financial Documentation: Ensure all invoices and procurement documentation are processed accurately and submitted to relevant departments for timely payment.
