In a specialized FMCG and distribution landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the route-relay and the precision of the brand-presence success is defined by "Market Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize promotional coordination with the clinical precision required for Commercial Driving Compliance, Retail Visibility, and LASRA Safety Standards. This role is designed for a "Field Architect" specifically a professional with 2 to 4 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (operating commercial vehicles and managing supply drops) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Market Intelligence and Team Leadership.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Route Governance

• Sovereignty of the Route: Supervise and coordinate marketing activities across assigned retail paths with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Field Brand Equity."

• Mobility Architecture: Operate company commercial vehicles to execute demonstrations and supply marketing materials, providing the "Structural Foundation" for logistical agility.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 – 4 years in marketing, sales supervision, or field operations (FMCG preferred).

• Mandatory Certification: Valid LASRA Certified Commercial Driving License (Class C, D, or E).

• Licensing: Valid Lagos State Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

• Technical Power: Ability to drive manual/automatic commercial vehicles and basic digital reporting skills.
