Job Description:
Are you a creative strategist with a flair for the finer things in life? We are seeking a Marketing Officer to drive the visibility and growth of our premium lifestyle brand and its diverse subsidiaries. This role is at the heart of our brand’s identity, requiring a blend of aesthetic sensibility and analytical rigor.

Requirements:
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
Strategy Support: Assist in the planning and rollout of promotional campaigns across digital and print channels.
Content Creation: Produce high-impact marketing collateral, including video content and multi-channel assets, ensuring every piece reflects our premium brand standards.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide detailed reports on ROI and brand impact.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Platform Oversight: Manage day-to-day engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok for the core brand and its subsidiaries.
Growth Marketing: Support SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads initiatives to drive traffic and improve search visibility.
Analytics: Track reach, impressions, and engagement metrics to optimize our digital strategy.
Branding, Communication & Events
Brand Integrity: Ensure 100% consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Corporate Comms: Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and website updates.
Event Activation: Provide end-to-end support for brand exhibitions and high-end lifestyle events, ensuring professional brand presentation.
Market Intelligence
Consumer Insights: Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences within the wellness and spa sectors.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities to refine our product positioning and value proposition.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 2–5 years in Marketing, User Acquisition, or Sales.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Retargeting.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Trends.
Familiarity with A/B testing and ad fraud detection.
Industry Knowledge: An understanding of wellness, spa, or luxury lifestyle services is highly advantageous.
Core Skills:
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on mobile performance marketing.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
