Job Description:
Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, delivering strategic guidance and hands-on operational HR support
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and drive performance improvement
Oversee the implementation of HR programs, including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives
Develop and execute talent development plans while supporting employee engagement, retention, and career growth strategies
Provide expert advice on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in compliance with company policies and labor laws
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring that aligns with workforce plans and business needs
Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity to provide actionable insights to management
Support compensation and benefits administration during salary reviews and adjustments
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies
Promote company culture, values, and change management initiatives across all departments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP with hands-on exposure to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy with business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret HR analytics for decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, Oracle, Taleo).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- 3 – 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing/tech environment.
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
