Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Commercial Manager to anchor the revenue engine of our Lagos operations. In the hyper-competitive landscape of Advertising Services, success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize ambitious business plans with the clinical precision required for Revenue Growth, Strategic Negotiations, and Contract Management. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" with 8+ years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (interpreting market trends and contract risks) with the "Leadership Agility" required to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
