Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially elite Marketing Manager to anchor the growth engine of the VKG brand across Nigeria. In the specialized landscape of building materials and roofing, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume supply with the clinical precision required for Contractor Engagement, Developer Partnerships, and Brand Penetration. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend "Field Grit" (identifying new retail and bulk market opportunities) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead a marketing team toward monthly targets and manage complex digital and offline campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Brand Orchestration & Strategic Governance

• Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness, acting as the primary "Source of Market Direction."

• Target Architecture: Lead and manage the marketing team with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for meeting and exceeding monthly performance benchmarks.

• Reporting Stewardship: Provide high-fidelity performance reports to senior management, ensuring the "Source of Operational Clarity" is elite and uncompromised.

3. Multi-Channel Integrity & Campaign Power

• Campaign Sovereignty: Oversee integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Visibility."

• Industry Architecture: Utilize deep knowledge of the roofing and building materials sector, providing the "Technical Foundation" for specialized product positioning.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven track record in Marketing or Sales (Roofing, Building Materials, or Construction preferred).

• Education: BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
