Job Description:

• Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
• Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facility equipment to ensure functionality

Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of maintenance procedures, equipment, and systems.
• Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff.
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Skill in identifying and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
• Planning and Organization: Ability to plan and schedule maintenance activities, manage resources, and prioritize tasks.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication with teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of safety regulations and ensuring compliance in maintenance operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• The ideal candidate should be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline with 15 years experience in the Manufacturing industry with the last 5 years in a similar position as advertised.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Software.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Software.
