Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Lounge Supervisor to anchor the hospitality engine of our operations in Soka, Ibadan. In the vibrant social landscape of Oyo State, success is defined by "Hospitality Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize guest experiences with the clinical precision required for Cash Management, Stock Reconciliation, and Aesthetic Upkeep. This role is designed for a "Service Architect" with at least 1 year of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing lounge supplies and staff) with the "Leadership Agility" required to ensure seamless, world-class service.

Requirements:

1. Service Orchestration & Team Governance

• Service Sovereignty: Oversee all lounge activities and staff with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Seamless Guest Experience."

• Leadership Architecture: Manage team shifts and performance standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite hospitality delivery.

• Standard Stewardship: Enforce service protocols to ensure consistency, ensuring the "Source of Brand Reputation" remains uncompromised.

2. Fiscal Resilience & Inventory Logic

• Financial Sovereignty: Take full charge of lounge financial management, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Accountability."

• Stock Architecture: Handle all lounge supplies and stock levels with clinical focus, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for inventory optimization and waste reduction.

• Reconciliation Stewardship: Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses, ensuring the "Source of Financial Integrity" is pristine.

3. Facility Integrity & Operational Power

• Upkeep Sovereignty: Direct the maintenance and daily upkeep of the lounge environment, acting as the primary "Source of Aesthetic Excellence."

• Supply Architecture: Manage vendor relationships and procurement for lounge essentials, providing the "Visual Foundation" for a fully stocked and functional venue.

• Detail Logic: Utilize 1+ years of supervisory expertise to identify and resolve operational gaps, maximizing the "Source of Operational Efficiency."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND / HND qualification in any related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a lounge, hotel, or hospitality setting.

• Skills: Strong leadership, detail-oriented mindset, and professional communication abilities.
