Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and physically active Logistics / Operations Officer to manage the end-to-end fulfillment and delivery process. Based in VGC, Ajah, this role is critical to ensuring that our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for the transition of goods from the initial order list to final delivery, which includes accompanying drivers on interstate routes to oversee successful handovers.

Requirements:

• Order Processing: Receive and review client order lists to understand daily delivery requirements.

• Inventory Coordination: Gather and sort out items according to the client’s specific order, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Quality & Verification: Confirm that all order items are complete, undamaged, and ready for transit before loading.

• Transit Oversight: Travel alongside the company driver to deliver goods to clients both within Lagos and to interstate locations (including Port Harcourt, Osun, and other regions).

• Final Fulfillment: Successfully deliver items to the client’s doorstep and ensure all delivery notes are signed and returned for administrative record-keeping.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven work experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.

• Availability: Must be willing and physically able to engage in frequent interstate travel for deliveries.

• Technical Skills: Competent computer skills for order tracking and basic administrative tasks.

• Location: Proximity to the Lekki/Ajah axis is a strong advantage for daily operations.
