Job Description:
We are seeking a technically elite, compliance-obsessed, and operationally rigorous Logistics Governor to anchor the material-fulfillment immune system and EPC-execution engine of our organization. In the high-stakes world of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of ROS (Required On Site) dates and the precision of the PO-compliance filter success is defined by "Logistics Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex procurement schedules with the clinical precision required for Materials-Tracking Architecture, Vendor-Compliance Governance, and Cross-Functional EPC Stewardship. This role is designed as a "Project Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious technical logistics professional who can blend "Engineering Grit" (mastering the complexities of structural/materials specifications) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Project-Delivery Workflows.
Requirements:
1. EPC Sovereignty & Logistics Architecture
Sovereignty of Interface: Serve as the primary logistics interface between the Logistics Manager and the EPC Contractor, acting as the "Source of Institutional-Project Throughput."
EPC Architecture: Influence project disciplines to embed logistics considerations into the design and project plan, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless construction.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure that all materials received are stored in safe/secure facilities with applied preservation codes, ensuring the "Source of Engineering-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Governance Sovereignty & Procurement Logic
Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure the EPC Contractor issues Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with the project schedule and ROS dates, acting as the "Source of Compliance Momentum."
Strategy Architecture: Manage the process to pre-qualify and endorse logistics contractors and vendor infrastructure, providing the "Functional Foundation" for reliable project delivery.
Risk Stewardship: Report all OS&D of received materials to the Project Management Team (PMT), maintaining the "Source of Operational-Recovery."
3. Operational Fidelity & Reporting Power
Diagnostic Sovereignty: Verify delivery documentation and PO terms, acting as the primary "Source of Supply-Chain Insight."
Velocity Architecture: Monitor weekly status reports on POs, transport, and customs, providing the "Relational Foundation" for proactive decision-making.
Mathematical Logic: Utilize Analytical-Aptitude (volume/area/percentage calculations) to validate logistics capacity and project deliverables, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Logistics Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Technical field.
Experience: Proven track record in logistics planning, construction/EPC execution, and procurement.
Technical Power: Mastery of logistics math (volume, geometry, percentage), PO-compliance auditing, and supply-chain reporting tools.
Aptitude: Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage complex contractor interfaces, and resolve logistics issues in real-time.
Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Logistics Sovereignty" in high-pressure EPC environments.
Mobility: Willingness to travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide functional support.
