Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Associate to ensure the seamless execution of our order fulfillment and delivery lifecycle. You will serve as the critical link between our inventory, courier partners, and our customers, ensuring that every Ashcorp delivery meets our high standards of luxury and efficiency. Requirements:

• Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including waybill generation, shipping label creation, and rigorous shipment tracking.

• Proactive Issue Resolution: Monitor delivery pipelines, proactively identify potential delays, and coordinate with courier partners to resolve issues before they impact the customer.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy and with customer-facing teams to resolve delivery-related inquiries.

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain strict adherence to logistics regulations, manage asset renewal documentation, and identify supply chain risks to prevent operational disruptions.

• Continuous Improvement: Analyze delivery performance data and operational costs, providing actionable insights to enhance fulfillment accuracy and overall profitability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years in logistics, supply chain operations, or order fulfillment.

• Technical Mastery:

  • Proficiency in Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong analytical capabilities to generate cost matrices and performance reports.
