Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Liaison Officer to anchor our presence in Jigawa State. In a complex socio-political landscape, success is defined by "Diplomatic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize corporate objectives with the clinical precision required for government relations, regulatory compliance, and community mediation. This role is designed for a "Jurisdictional Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Political Grit" (navigating MDAs and traditional structures) with the "Analytical Agility" required to provide high-fidelity briefings on policy shifts and economic trends.
Requirements:
1. Stakeholder Orchestration & Government Governance
MDA Sovereignty: Establish and maintain robust, high-fidelity relationships with State Government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), acting as the primary "Source of Influence."
Regulatory Architecture: Facilitate the processing of permits, licenses, and official documentation with clinical speed, ensuring J.A.K Group operations act as a "Source of Compliance."
Traditional Diplomacy: Navigate the administrative and traditional structures of Jigawa with professional poise, ensuring the organization is recognized as a "Source of Respect" within the state.
2. Community Resilience & Mediation Logic
Harmony Sovereignty: Act as the elite mediator between the company and local host communities, ensuring a "Zero-Conflict" environment for peaceful co-existence.
Advisory Architecture: Provide regular, high-impact briefings to management on local policy changes and the political climate, serving as the "Intelligence-Driven" foundation for regional strategy.
Socio-Political Reconnaissance: Monitor economic trends and local sentiments with millimetric focus, identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact "Operational Velocity."
3. Event Logistics & Resource Power
Coordination Sovereignty: Orchestrate high-level visits, meetings, and corporate events within Jigawa, acting as the primary "Source of Logistics" for visiting executives and partners.
Communication Power: Serve as the "Face and Voice" of the organization, utilizing near-native fluency in English and Hausa to bridge-build across diverse social tiers.
Crisis Resolution: Deploy exceptional conflict resolution and "people" skills to resolve site-level issues with clinical speed and professional discretion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, International Relations, Law, or Communications.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of robust experience in liaison or government relations, preferably within Jigawa State.
Linguistic Mastery: Full professional fluency in English and Hausa; preference is given to indigenes of Jigawa.
Core Competencies
Diplomatic Grit: Deep understanding of the traditional and administrative hierarchies within the Jigawa socio-political landscape.
Negotiation Sovereignty: Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to influence high-level government stakeholders.
Strategic Logic: Ability to work independently and manage multiple jurisdictional priorities with clinical attention to detail.
