Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in deposit mobilization. sales. or relationship management within a digital microfinance or commercial bank.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail and SME banking products.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and customer service orientation.
