In a specialized financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the repayment and the precision of the legal demand success is defined by "Recovery Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize delinquent accounts with the clinical precision required for Litigation Coordination, Collateral Enforcement, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Recovery Architect", specifically a professional with LL.B/BL qualifications and 3–5 years of post-call experience who can blend "Negotiational Grit" (structuring repayment plans and engaging borrowers) with the "Strategic Agility" required to coordinate with external solicitors on complex litigation.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Recovery Governance
Portfolio Sovereignty: Support the execution of recovery strategies for non-performing loans with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Loss Mitigation."
Negotiation Architecture: Structure repayment plans and engage borrowers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable debt liquidation.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all recovery activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring the "Source of Legal Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Enforcement Logic
Enforcement Sovereignty: Initiate recovery actions and demand notices, acting as the primary "Source of Formal Escalation."
Solicitor Architecture: Coordinate with external law firms on litigation cases, providing the "Functional Foundation" for timely court follow-ups and case tracking.
Documentation Stewardship: Review loan and recovery-related documents for accuracy, maintaining the "Source of Evidence-Based Claims."
3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power
Internal Sovereignty: Work closely with credit and operations teams to resolve delinquent accounts, acting as the primary "Source of Cross-Functional Synergy."
Reporting Architecture: Maintain accurate records of all communications and prepare periodic status reports, providing the "Relational Foundation" for management oversight.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of legal experience to accelerate the "Default-to-Settlement" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Financial Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Barrister-at-Law (BL) qualification.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of post-call experience in legal practice, recovery, or credit administration.
Sector Focus: Experience in a financial institution, MFB, or law firm is highly advantageous.
Technical Power: Strong understanding of debt recovery laws, enforcement processes, and loan documentation.
