Job Description:
This is a high-responsibility leadership position focused on driving Elkris Bio-Health Foods’ digital growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition across Nigeria. The strategist will manage the company’s digital footprint, from social media growth and content strategy to paid performance campaigns, ensuring a high-impact and cost-effective digital presence.
Requirements:
Digital Brand Strategy: Lead and execute the company’s comprehensive online brand visibility strategy to ensure consistent messaging and audience positioning.
Social Media Management: Oversee daily activity across all platforms, including content calendar development, digital storytelling, and active community engagement.
Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid (Meta/Google Ads) and organic campaigns to drive lead generation, customer conversion, and sales.
Content Coordination: Lead the creation of high-quality digital assets (graphics, videos, reels) by collaborating with creative and production teams.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate actionable reports on reach, engagement, and ROI, refining strategies based on data.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Engagement) to support product launches, market activations, and company events.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience: 4–8 years of professional experience in digital marketing, brand management, or social media strategy. Experience in FMCG, wellness, or retail sectors is preferred.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Meta/Google Ads, SEO, digital analytics, and content optimization.
Attributes: Highly creative, commercially driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Salary
