Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Lab Analyst to anchor the quality engine of our Ikeja beverage operations. In the specialized landscape of food and beverage manufacturing, success is defined by "Quality Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume production with the clinical precision required for Chemical Analysis, Microbiological Stability, and Safety Reporting. This role is designed for a "Fidelity Architect" who can blend "Technical Grit" (collecting workshop samples and conducting rigorous lab tests) with the "Data Agility" required to independently issue detailed analysis reports.

Requirements:

1. Analysis Orchestration & Standards Governance

• Testing Sovereignty: Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on beverage samples with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Quality Assurance."

• Method Architecture: Utilize standard testing methods to verify all beverage indicators, providing the "Structural Foundation" for product compliance and safety.

• Reporting Stewardship: Issue detailed testing and analysis reports independently, ensuring the "Source of Technical Data" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Inspection Logic

• Sampling Sovereignty: Regularly enter the production workshop to collect samples for inspection, acting as the primary "Source of Manufacturing Oversight."

• Stability Architecture: Safeguard the safety and stability of products during the manufacturing process, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for operational excellence.

• Workshop Stewardship: Maintain a proactive presence on the factory floor to identify potential stability risks, maintaining the "Source of Product Integrity."
