Job Description:
- Manage interactions with high-risk and difficult customers, ensuring professional and effective resolution.
- Analyze collection trends and propose strategies to improve the recovery rate.
- Monitor daily collections activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes or operational issues affecting collections.
- Ensure prompt debiting of delinquent accounts to facilitate timely recovery.
- Provide coaching, support, and direction to junior collectors to strengthen the overall collection effort.
- Make outbound calls to delinquent customers to negotiate and facilitate repayment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record in managing high-risk accounts and achieving recovery targets.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in collections, preferably in fintech, banking, or other financial services sectors.
