Job Description:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, printers, and routers.
- Monitor network performance and ensure data security.
- Support CRM/ERP platforms and other real estate digital tools.
- Maintain CCTV, access control, and other IT-related security systems.
- Keep records of IT assets, user requests, and resolutions.
- Liaise with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support (preferably in real estate or a corporate environment).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and networking.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
