Job Description:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, printers, and routers.
• Monitor network performance and ensure data security.
• Support CRM/ERP platforms and other real estate digital tools.
• Maintain CCTV, access control, and other IT-related security systems.
• Keep records of IT assets, user requests, and resolutions.
• Liaise with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.

Requirements:

• B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support (preferably in real estate or a corporate environment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and networking.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
