Job Description:
IT & Technical Support
- Provide first-line technical support for internal systems and users.
- Troubleshoot software, system, and application-related issues.
- Assist in resolving frontend and UI-related bugs.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies.
Frontend & Application Support
- Support web and mobile application interfaces.
- Identify and report UI/UX issues to the development team.
- Assist with frontend updates, testing, and deployment support.
- Ensure smooth user interaction across platforms.
System & User Support
- Support onboarding of new staff with system access and setup.
- Maintain IT assets and basic system documentation.
- Respond promptly to technical support tickets and requests.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with developers, operations, and customer support teams.
- Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Assist in testing new features and system upgrades.
