You will be the primary architect of high-value transactions—specifically those exceeding N50 Million—catering to a discerning clientele of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). Your mission is to provide expert investment advisory that transforms prime real estate into profitable portfolios. Requirements:
1. High-Value Acquisition & Client Governance
HNI Engagement: Identify, source, and nurture relationships with premium investors, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a traditional agent.
Deal Execution: Lead the negotiation and closure of luxury transactions, with a minimum target threshold of N50 Million+ per deal.
Network Expansion: Leverage and grow an existing database of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, ensuring SOW Real Estate is their first choice for luxury acquisitions.
2. Investment Advisory & Market Intelligence
Portfolio Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging luxury property trends and high-yield opportunities in prime locations.
Value Propositions: Develop and present bespoke investment proposals that clearly articulate the ROI, appreciation potential, and lifestyle value of our listings.
Tailored Guidance: Provide expert counsel on market timing, location viability, and the financial structures of real estate investments.
3. Luxury Brand Stewardship
Concierge Experience: Ensure every touchpoint—from first contact to final handover—aligns with the premium, white-glove standards of SOW Real Estate.
Professional Presentation: Maintain a confident, polished, and executive demeanor suitable for interacting with the nation’s top business leaders and investors.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
