Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Inventory Officer to anchor the asset-integrity engine of our Opebi-Ikeja operations. In a specialized distribution landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the stock-relay and the precision of the reconciliation-filter success is defined by "Inventory Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize physical asset tracking with the clinical precision required for Financial Synchronization, Distributor Performance Management, and Lifecycle Stewardship. This role is designed for an "Asset Architect" specifically a detail-oriented professional who can blend "Inventory Grit" (mastering warehouse audits and stock-taking) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Debtor Management and Distributor-Account Sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Asset Governance
Sovereignty of the Asset: Conduct regular, rigorous inventory audits and bi-monthly stock-taking across Alaba and PS warehouses, acting as the primary "Source of Inventory Fidelity."
Replenishment Architecture: Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted supply flow.
Integrity Stewardship: Document all transactions and maintain pristine records, ensuring the "Source of Operational Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Fiscal Synchronization & Account Logic
Reconciliation Sovereignty: Reconcile monthly invoices, payments, and dealer/MOL accounts via email, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Clarity."
Debtor Architecture: Share detailed debtor lists at month-end, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cash flow management and collections.
Pricing Stewardship: Ensure new prices are updated across all cashier terminals for MOL and dealers, maintaining the "Source of Commercial Accuracy."
3. Distributor Sovereignty & Lifecycle Stewardship
Performance Sovereignty: Manage the registration, confirmation, and quarterly performance reviews of all distributors, acting as the primary "Source of Distribution Intelligence."
Warranty Architecture: Execute warranty and returns processing in collaboration with the Cashier, providing the "Relational Foundation" for client satisfaction and after-sales excellence.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Banking and Invoicing expertise to accelerate the "Confirmation-to-Supply" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Distribution Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse audit, or supply chain accounting.
Technical Power: Strong proficiency in data entry, inventory software, and Microsoft Excel for reconciliation and reporting.
Financial IQ: Understanding of invoicing, accounts receivable, and banking transaction workflows.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and internal finance/cashier teams.
Aptitude: High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, multi-site (Alaba/PS) warehouse documentation.
Core Competencies
