Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to oversee our stock integrity and store operations. You will be the primary custodian of our inventory data, responsible for ensuring that our stock records are always accurate, organized, and optimized for business needs. If you are a numbers-driven professional with a knack for spotting inconsistencies and maintaining order in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

Requirements:

• Stock Monitoring: Accurately record and monitor all incoming and outgoing inventory movements.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile them against system records to identify and investigate variances.

• Record Keeping: Maintain pristine, up-to-date inventory databases and filing systems.

• Planning Support: Assist in stock planning and replenishment activities to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed inventory reports for management, clearly highlighting variances, stock trends, and low-stock alerts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in inventory management or a similar logistics/storekeeping role.

• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

  • Familiarity with inventory management tools is required.

  • Bonus: Experience with Zoho is a significant advantage.
