Job Description:
- Objectively assessing the company’s business processes
- Ensure accuracy and Integrity of the organization’s records and reports
- Assess the company's risks and the efficacy of its risk management efforts.
- Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Income assurance.
- Operating expense review.
- Transaction monitoring and reviews
- Statutory deduction review- Paye, Pension, and NHF.
- Investment placement review.
- Fixed Asset reviews
- General ledger review.
- Receipt of goods - invoice verification and vouching.
- Stock/Inventory review
- Maintain and update the regulatory rule book
- Regulatory and internal compliance review.
- Investigation and reporting of Internal Control breaches, fraud, and other related compliance issues
- Policy reviews
- Periodic reports to Management
Requirements:
Education/Training Programs
- BSc in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or any related field. Desirable: ACA, ACCA, MBA.
Experience:
- 2-4 years related experience.
