Job Description:

• We are hiring an Internal Control & Audit Executive to strengthen financial controls, ensure compliance, and support audit activities across the Group.

Key Deliverables

• Conduct periodic audits and identify control gaps and risks.
• Perform financial checks to detect mismanagement, waste, or fraud.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and approved processes.
• Review daily transactions and inflows for accurate revenue and deposit recording.
• Perform weekly receivables checks and monthly bank/petty cash reconciliations.
• Support GL reconciliations, requisition reviews, and inventory verification.
• Carry out spot checks on cash, assets, security logs, and attendance systems.
• Produce timely audit and compliance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Internal Control, Audit, or Risk.
• Professional certification advantage (ICAN, ACCA, CIA, etc.).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ethical standards.
• Travel industry experience is an added advantage.
