Job Description:

• The Internal Auditor is responsible for independently assessing operations across Uncle Stan’s Foods, including outlets, production, and central store.
• The role focuses on ensuring compliance, identifying gaps, and strengthening internal controls to improve accountability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Audits:

• Conduct routine and unannounced audits across outlets, production, and central store.
• Verify sales records, stock usage, inventory levels, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Inventory & Process Monitoring:

• Audit stock movement, usage, and reconciliation across all locations.
• Identify discrepancies, wastage, or irregularities in operations.

Compliance & Control:

• Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls across the business.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and reporting standards.

Reporting:

• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings and gaps.
• Recommend corrective actions and track implementation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in auditing, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, inventory management, and operational audits.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to carry out field audits.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
