Job Description:

• Ensure that all sections of the business complies with the company’s policies.
• Tracking the financial and operational performance of each sections of the business.
• Ensuring all tax liabilities are remitted to the relevant tax authorities.
• Track all bank accounts operated by the company.
• Track record of contract agreements with tenants occupying the company’s properties.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with regulatory requirements to avoid compliance challenges and penalties.
• Liaise with departmental managers to address control deficiencies and implement corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years experience.
• Ability to design, implement and maintain the internal control mechanism of the company.
• Ability to evaluate the internal control procedures put in place.
• Ability to prepare a detailed report on the operational performance of each sections of the business.
• Ability to improve the operational efficiency of each sections of the business.
• Ability to identify risks associated with each sections of the business.
