Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Internal Auditor to anchor the integrity engine of our food manufacturing operations. In the specialized landscape of FMCG production, success is defined by "Risk Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume production with the clinical precision required for Raw Material Utilization, Inventory Reconciliation, and Financial Compliance. This role is designed for a "Fidelity Architect" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (auditing wastage levels and production floor outputs) with the "Analytical Agility" required to identify control weaknesses and recommend strategic corrective actions.

Requirements:

1. Control Orchestration & Governance

• Audit Sovereignty: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled internal audits across finance, production, and inventory, acting as the primary "Source of Internal Assurance."

• Adequacy Architecture: Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and policies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for minimized operational risk.

• Compliance Stewardship: Support external audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring the "Source of Corporate Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Production Logic

• Inventory Sovereignty: Audit raw material utilization, wastage levels, and finished goods reconciliation, acting as the primary "Source of Cost-Control Intelligence."

• Verification Architecture: Validate the accuracy of financial records, expense claims, and payroll processes, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for fiscal health.

• Wastage Stewardship: Monitor production floor efficiency and material movement, maintaining the "Source of Operational Lean-Management."

3. Professional Integrity & Performance Power

• Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare high-fidelity audit reports and present actionable findings to management, acting as the primary "Source of Continuous Improvement."

• Follow-up Architecture: Monitor the implementation of agreed audit recommendations, providing the "Visual Foundation" for closing compliance gaps.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of FMCG audit expertise to troubleshoot system weaknesses in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 2 – 4 years in Internal Audit (Manufacturing/FMCG environment highly preferred).

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Tech Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.

• Knowledge Base: Sound understanding of audit procedures, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
