Job Description:
As an installation partner, you are the face of our brand in the customer's home or office. You will be responsible for the final stage of the customer experience: bringing our products to life through professional assembly and setup.
Requirements:
Expert Assembly: Assemble and install various products, including beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, recliners, dining sets, and TV stands.
Customer Interaction: Maintain professional, polite communication; call customers ahead of your arrival to confirm appointment times.
Site Management: Ensure all furniture is installed safely, leveled correctly, and left in perfect condition.
Quality Reporting: Document your work by taking clear "before and after" photos/videos.
Issue Resolution: Immediately report any missing parts, factory defects, or site-specific issues to our support team.
Time Management: Complete every assigned installation strictly within the agreed-upon project timeline.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven Skillset: Demonstrated experience in carpentry, furniture fitting, or product installation.
Tool Kit: You must possess your own basic set of professional installation tools.
Geographic Availability: Ability to accept and complete jobs within your assigned city or surrounding areas.
Reliability: Must be highly punctual, easily reachable via phone and WhatsApp, and maintain a high standard of professional conduct.
Portfolio: Ability to share photos or videos of previous installation projects.
Verification: Willingness to provide necessary documentation for identity verification if shortlisted.
