Job Description:

We are seeking a technically-minded and reliable Fitness Equipment Installer to join our field operations team. In this role, you will be the face of our service, responsible for the professional assembly and installation of premium sports equipment—including treadmills, multi-gyms, and spin bikes—at residential and commercial client locations. You must be comfortable working with technical manuals and hand tools to ensure every piece of equipment is safe, secure, and ready for use. Requirements:

1. Equipment Assembly & Installation

• Technical Assembly: Correctiy assemble complex fitness systems (treadmills, multi-gyms, spin bikes, etc.) from scratch using technical manuals and schematics.

• Precision Fitting: Ensure all cables, pulleys, and electronic components are securely connected, calibrated, and tested for smooth operation.

• Professional Finish: Maintain a neat and organized workspace during installation, ensuring the final setup is aesthetically pleasing and securely anchored.

2. Safety & Quality Assurance

• Safety Protocols: Strictly follow all work-safety guidelines to prevent injury to yourself or damage to the client’s property.

• Testing: Perform post-installation quality checks to ensure all safety features (e.g., emergency stops on treadmills) are fully functional.

• Site Inspection: Assess the installation area to ensure floor leveling and space clearance are optimal for the specific equipment.

3. Reporting & Client Interaction

• Job Documentation: Promptly report completed installations and document any technical issues or missing parts through the company reporting system.

• Client Demonstration: Provide basic instructions to the customer on how to safely operate and maintain their new equipment.

• Punctuality: Adhere to strict daily schedules to ensure all client appointments are met on time.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Academic Background: O’Level certificate or higher.

• Experience: Previous experience as an installer (furniture, appliances, or machinery) is a strong advantage.

• Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge and high proficiency in using manual and power tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, drills).

Core Competencies

• Manual Dexterity: Ability to follow complex, multi-step assembly manuals accurately.

• Learning Agility: A strong willingness to learn new equipment models and follow instructions from senior technicians.

• Attitude: A positive, customer-first attitude with a high degree of punctuality and integrity.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy gym components.

• Weekend Availability: Must be willing to work on weekends. The standard schedule includes Saturday and Sunday shifts, with one fixed day off during the week.
