Job Description:

• Technical Mastery: Extensive experience in software engineering and enterprise IT. Deep expertise in Cloud Architectures (AWS/Azure), Proprietary Software development, APIs, microservices, and DevOps methodologies.

• Sector-Specific Expertise: Proven track record in the Healthcare or Insurance sectors, with a focus on modular architectures and highly scalable systems.

• Regulatory & Compliance: Deep familiarity with Nigerian regulations, including the NHIA Act, NDPR, and NDPA 2023. Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and ISO/IEC standards is mandatory.

• Leadership & Strategy: Demonstrated experience advising on large-scale IT projects, with superior stakeholder engagement and project leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Track Record: Multidisciplinary teams with at least 7 years of combined experience in technical leadership for healthcare and regulated software projects.

• Governance Excellence: Established practices in project management, risk mitigation, and vendor oversight.

• Regulatory Navigational Skills: Proven ability to navigate the Nigerian HMO landscape, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Preferred Certifications: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, PMP, Agile Scrum Master, CISA, CISSP, or TOGAF.
