Job Description:

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support and manage human resource functions within our growing interior design company.
  • The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
  • Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Administer payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance records
  • Support performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
  • Assist with culture-building and employee engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role
  • Experience within the interior design, construction, or creative industry is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

 

Work Structure:

  • Hybrid work model (combination of on-site and remote).

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
