Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Human Resource / Admin professional to join our team in Abuja. You will be responsible for streamlining HR processes and managing daily administrative tasks to support efficient business operations and employee success.

Requirements:

  • Recruitment: Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

  • Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate staff training programs to enhance team skills.

  • Workforce Planning: Oversee strategic staffing requirements and general office administration.

  • Payroll: Manage payroll planning to ensure accurate and timely compensation.

  • HR Administration: Maintain organized employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, recruitment, and office administration.

  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Technical: Proficiency in payroll software and HR management systems.

  • Availability: Ability to work full-time in Abuja (FCT).

Salary

N150,000 per month.
