Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and approachable HR Assistant to support our human resources operations. You will be the primary point of contact for daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring that our employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to record-keeping and payroll support—runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, maintains high levels of confidentiality, and is passionate about fostering a positive work culture. Requirements:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
- Provide general administrative and HR support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant HR experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM) are an added advantage.
Salary
